YOur mind is your greatest asset,
and your greatest obstacle

Your mind is involved in everything you do. It governs your thoughts, emotions, behaviour, and engagement with the world. Your mind influences your experience, relationships, performance, wellbeing, and resilience. It pays to train your mind to work for you.

When your mind functions well, you function well.

I’ve been in business for 15 years and I know my profitability is significantly higher when I meditate than when I don’t.

The sense of calm and stillness after a session with Jen is amazing! And she has has taught us the importance of mindfulness, how little times it takes to do it, and the impact it can have.”

News from RBL

We are excited to announce a brand new collaboration with the west End Flower School

WORKSHOP: Cultivating Mindfulness with Flowers

I am excited to be offering a new workshop with the amazingly talented and accomplished florist, Emma Morgan. This will be a creative and fun self-care activity and antidote to life’s busy-ness and stress. Join Emma and I for an afternoon of calming relief and joy in this inaugural meditative flower arranging session.

Enjoy a lovely mini-break for the mind and an afternoon of sensory delight, gifting yourself this precious time to let go, get creative, and feel a mental reset and refresh.

We will begin with a guided meditation led by me. Once you've found yourself in a peaceful place, Emma will lead you through making a simply beautiful arrangement of fresh, seasonal flowers, and the workshop will come to a gentle close, leaving you a mindful state of presence.

Your flowers and vase are yours to take home to enjoy along with practical tips and guided recordings to bring mindfulness into your everyday.

Join us!
Sunday 5th May, Sunday 26th May or Public Holiday Monday 10th June, 1:30-4pm, $225 + gst per person

The workshops will be held at The West End Flower School, REAR Adelaide Wholesale Flower Market, 19 Kingston Ave (entry via Milner Road), Richmond SA 5033

Book your spot. Limited seats!

2024 SA History Festival Power Project

I recently took part in the 2024 South Australian History Festival Power Project, which shares 100 portraits, stories, and messages of power from 100 South Australians.

You can see the exhibition here https://festival.history.sa.gov.au/powerportraits/ and in locations around Adelaide during the History Festival in May.

There is much wisdom and inspiration gained through lived experience shared in this exhibition! As well as beautiful photos by Jonathan VDK.

It sure has made me think about our relationships to power. Is power being used wisely and well in our world?? Can we do better? It kinda feels we need to! Pause for thought?
