Weekly Guided Meditation Groups

Relax, recentre and recharge with weekly, guided meditation sessions.

Join us in person during the day or from the comfort of your own home in the evenings. RBL group meditation sessions are designed to fit in with work and home life, providing a valuable resource to help manage stress and build better work life balance.

 

IN-PERSON GROUP SESSIONS

Cultivate kindness for yourself, improve sleep, wellbeing, and resilience in these 60-minute mindful sessions and enjoy the benefits of group meditation, guided by RBL Director, Jen Hill. Meditations will focus on developing self-love and compassion, peace of mind and awareness, all while the enjoying the benefits of group meditation.

All welcome. No experience necessary. We will sit on chairs for comfort, just bring yourself in normal attire. Casual attendees welcome!

Weekly every Monday* | 10am-11am (ACDT) | Minor Works Building, Adelaide (*excludes Public Holidays)

$5 per session thanks to Adelaide City Council sponsorship.

 

ONLINE GROUP SESSIONS

Create time and space for yourself to better manage stress, improve sleep, and cultivate self-compassion in our 30-minute online mindful sessions. These sessions are designed to allow you to enjoy the benefits of live, guided meditation, in the comfort of your own home.

All welcome. No experience necessary. Casual attendees welcome!

Weekly every Tuesday* | 7pm-7:30pm (ACDT) | presented via Zoom (*excludes Public Holidays)

$10 per casual session. Zoom link provided upon ticket purchase.
