Jen Hill is passionate about sharing the calming, clarifying, and transformative powers of meditation and mindfulness. Jen began meditating in 2008 and became a meditation teacher, guide, and coach in 2016.

Jen holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Guiding and Teaching Meditation and Mindfulness from the Australian Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness (ACMM), and in 2021 become a mentor at ACMM, supporting and training meditation teacher training students.

Jen Hill is the Director, Principal Trainer and Coach at Right Brain Liaisons. She is a specialist in empowering people and organisations to unlock potential and improve life, work, wellbeing, and health.

Jen began meditating 15 years ago in an effort to bring greater peace and happiness into her life. She quickly found relief from an anxious, busy and at times unhappy mind, and has since transformed her relationship with these common human challenges. Over the years, regular meditation practice has enabled Jen to also change habits and release addictions, reduce emotional reactivity and stress, and gain insight and intuitive connection.

Jen credits her heightened sense of purpose, improved relationships, developing empathy and compassion, and unshakable sense of inner peace and happiness to her meditation practice. She is passionate about sharing what she has learned, helping others to manage stress, cultivate equanimity, and find a healthy, happy life balance. 

Jen began teaching and guiding meditation and mindfulness in 2016. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Guiding and Teaching Meditation and Mindfulness from the Australia Centre for Meditation and Mindfulness (ACMM), and has been a Mentor with ACMM since 2021, coaching others to be meditation teachers. 

Jen brings a unique mix of science, simple tools, and traditional wisdom to her teaching. Previously a winemaker, with an Agricultural Science (Oenology) degree from the University of Adelaide, Jen loves to bring a scientific understanding to her teaching, complementing the philosophical and spiritual wisdom of ancient traditions. Developments in the fields of neuroscience, biology, and quantum physics inform her work along with scientifically proven and evidence-based techniques and practices.
