Our Mindful Leaders Program provides a separate space for leaders and managers to explore, practice and embed mindfulness at work for maximum benefit. Investing in workplace mindfulness/meditation training increases employee self-regulation, resilience and soft-skills, while also enhancing performance, engagement, loyalty and enjoyment at work. 

Our Mindful Leaders Program involves one group workshop and one one-on-one individual training session per month (offered in-person or online), with monthly themes aligned with organisational and occupational objectives. Workshop sessions present evidence-based research and knowledge along with development of practical skills, while one-on-one sessions help to integrate and embed the practice and learnings.

It is recommended for greatest value and benefit that participants first complete our 8-week Mindfulness/Meditation Wellbeing and Resilience Training Program.


Measuring and Evaluating Program Outcomes

Monitoring and evaluation are important in ensuring the success of our programs and that client goals and objectives are met. We measure wellbeing, resilience and productivity indicators before, during and after our workplace programs and provide detailed reporting to management upon completion.
