Jen Hill empowers individuals to live, work and lead from presence with clarity, wisdom and creativity, and build mental strength, emotional resilience and regulation skills, and overall health and wellbeing. 

Jen works with clients to reduce mental busy-ness, imbalance, anxiety and stress - the number one inhibitor to health, happiness and effectiveness. By being more present, calm, clear and focused, we can and optimise performance in anything that we do.

Learn to develop healthy life balance, daily mindful habits and gain self-regulation skills to navigate life transitions, connect to what really matters to you and increase self-awareness, peace of mind, and equanimity in the face of completing demands and constant pressures.

Using scientifically-proven and evidence-based techniques, one-on-one training helps clients uncover unhelpful, habitual patterns and beliefs and learn how to use the power of the mind for greater happiness, connection, intuition and compassion.

Sessions are tailored to suit individual needs and goals, involving short- or long-term programs and may include a range of modalities and practices for best results. While one-off coaching sessions are most welcome, the best results come from 6-8 week training programs.

Clients regularly report improvements in sleep quality, focus, clarity of thinking, decision making, productivity, problem-solving, and calm under pressure.


Eight Weeks to Change the Brain

Contemporary neuroscience suggests it takes eight weeks of regular practice to positively change the brain in areas relating to mental health and resilience, learning and memory, self-awareness, self-regulation, executive control, compassion and insight. These brain changes directly translate to positive changes in perspective, behaviour, state of mind, levels of stress, anxiety, physical health and wellbeing.

Cultivate kindness for yourself, and improve your sleep, wellbeing, and resilience. Join my Monday morning meditation group, sponsored by the Adelaide City Council, and enjoy the wholesome benefits and relative ease of group meditation.

These weekly guided sessions focus on developing self-care and compassion, peace of mind, presence, and self-regulation of attention and emotions. We practice a range of techniques that cultivate our ability to digest and process life experiences and restore our energy and wellbeing.

All are welcome. No experience is necessary. We will sit on chairs for comfort, and practise in normal attire. Casual attendees welcome.
