Refund policy
We are confident that you will find our courses, groups and meditation coaching sessions valuable and that you will benefit from your own self-exploration. Course and class fees will be refunded if you withdraw at least 24 hours before the first class or session. Fees will be refunded (less $75) after one class or session, if you decide the training is not for you. After the second class or session, fees are not refundable.
Cancellations
One-on-one coaching sessions require 24-hour notice of cancellations or changes. In the event of a late change or cancellation a full or partial session fee may be applied.
Meditation classes and groups may be cancelled if insufficient numbers, with full refunds given. All possible care will be taken not to inconvenience any client.
Transfers
We do not offer transfers to subsequent courses. If you wish to withdraw from your current course part way through, you will be offered a 50% discount on the course fees for the following term.
Special Circumstances
If you are unable to complete a course or paid training package because of serious life disruption (e.g. due to serious illness or family crisis) we are happy to review these circumstances and at our discretion may provide a credit so that you can enrol in a future course. Privacy
We understand that privacy is important and are committed to protecting your personal information.
Collection of Analytics information
When you look at this web site our server may log information provided by your browser, for statistical purposes only, as follows:
your server's IP address or your personal IP address;
the type of browser and operating system you are using;
the address of the referring site (eg, the previous site that you visited).
the date and time of your visit;
the address of the pages accessed and the documents downloaded.
We will not try to identify you or your browsing activities except, in the event of an investigation, where a law enforcement agency may exercise a warrant to inspect the service provider's logs or if your usage is causing technical issues for our site which may need to be resolved. Contracts we enter into with other parties for the provision of services may require us to disclose your personal information to them. In those cases, our contracts require other parties providing services to us to observe the terms of this Privacy Statement.
