Heartfulness is a 5-part online course series coming soon, the purpose of which is to help you reduce stress and suffering and live with greater ease, presence and happiness, every day.
It all started when…
Celebrated meditation teacher Tim James and I discussed how Mindfulness is often misunderstood in the West, often believed to be a practice of relating purely to the mind, when really it is an all-inclusive practice that compassionately holds the mind, body and emotions in pure, radiant presence that remains unchanged and cannot be harmed by anything we might experience in our human experience. And more than that, mindfulness is not just the presence or aware Being that knows our experience but is the underlying energetic essence with which the whole universe is made.
Tim and I like to call this essence Heartfulness because in English it captures that all-inclusive nature of mindful presence, our true nature.
What does this mean?? Well, put simply, we have everything we need to live a life free of suffering, stress and anxiety if only we knew to recognise our true nature of Being and live from there.
Still unsure what I’m going on about? That’s OK. If you are even a little bit interested in the notion of a life free of suffering, then this course is definitely for you!
Our Heartfulness course series embodies an all-inclusive and loving awareness of body, mind, feelings and the oneness or interconnection between these apparently separate aspects of ourself and our experience. With Heartfulness we practice kindness and compassion towards ourself, others and whatever perceptions, thoughts, feelings, or sensations arise within it.
Heartfulness honours the sacredness of each and every moment.
In this course experienced teachers Tim James and Jen Hill share teachings, experiential activities, scientific understanding and guided practices to help you rest as and live from the wise and compassionate awareness, or Being, that lies at the heartful essence of mindfulness.
