Corporate Workshops

Corporate workshops are a great way to introduce concepts or deepen knowledge and experience. We offer in-house and online workshops, designed to raise awareness, build resilience, self-care and soft-skills and optimise performance in alignment with business needs and objectives. 1.5 to 3-hour workshops explore the current science, practice and experience of mindfulness/meditation, and discuss how techniques can be applied to everyday life and work to enhance wellbeing, effectiveness, engagement and creativity. 

While workshops are a good way to educate and inspire, at the heart of mindfulness training is behavioural change, which many practitioners agree takes between 6-8 weeks to embed new ways of thinking and behaving.
