Cultivate kindness for yourself, and improve your sleep, wellbeing, and resilience. Join my Monday morning meditation group, sponsored by the Adelaide City Council, and enjoy the wholesome benefits of group meditation.
These weekly guided sessions focus on developing self-care and compassion, peace of mind, presence, and self-regulation of attention and emotions. We practice a range of techniques that cultivate our ability to digest and process life experiences and restore our energy and wellbeing.
All are welcome. No experience is necessary. We will sit on chairs for comfort, and practise in normal attire. Casual attendees welcome.
Weekly every Monday* | 10:15am-11:15am (Adelaide) | Minor Works Building, Adelaide (*excludes Public Holidays)
$5 per session thanks to sponsorship by the Adelaide City Council.
