Using scientifically-proven and evidence-based techniques, one-on-one training helps clients uncover unhelpful, habitual patterns and beliefs and use the power of the mind for self-development, change and achievement.

Sessions are tailored to suit individual needs and goals, involving short- or long-term programs and may include a range of modalities and practices for best results.


Why One-on-One Training?

One-on-one training enables personalised and specialised training and guidance tailored to individual needs and objectives at a time that suits you, in-person or online in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions.

Jen works with clients to reduce mental busy-ness, imbalance and stress - the number one inhibitor to health and effectiveness - and optimise performance. Clients learn techniques and tools to increase self-awareness, peace of mind, centred calmness, happiness, emotional regulation, mental health, work-life balance, compassionate connection, intuition and insight, creative manifestation and all-in-all to harness the power of the mind.

Clients also experience improvements in sleep quality, focus, clarity of thinking, decision making, productivity and problem-solving. Training increases mental strength, emotional resilience, physical health and overall wellbeing. We use a variety of therapeutic, contemplative, attentive and visualisation techniques to boost mental fitness and utilise the mind’s creative powers to manifest the experiences and reality clients desire.


Eight Weeks to Change the Brain

Contemporary neuroscience suggests it takes eight weeks of regular practice to positively change the brain in areas relating to mental health and resilience, learning and memory, self-awareness, self-regulation and executive control, compassion and insight. These brain changes directly translate to positive changes in perspective, behaviour, state of mind, levels of stress, anxiety, physical health and wellbeing.

 
 
 

What’s included

One-on-one training rates include all preparation and follow up time and meditation recordings for practice at home. Rates may vary depending on objectives and timelines. It is recommended that beginners undertake an 8-session program to build new habits and embed mindful practices and approaches to work and life
