Guided Corporate Mindfulness Sessions
Weekly workplace mindfulness/meditation sessions provide ongoing training, guidance and support needed to embed mindful attitudes, routines and culture and develop skills and understanding.
30 minute guided weekly sessions are run in four, eight or 12-week themed blocks, designed to achieve business or staff needs and objectives.
Sessions are stand alone for casual attendance and held in a quiet room, on-site, or online, with participants sitting on chairs in usual work attire. Sessions provide group members with an opportunity to refresh, recharge, develop skills and reduce stress as well as providing a place to introduce the practice to new staff.
While beginners benefit from these workplace sessions, greatest value on investment is achieved via first completing our 8-week corporate mindfulness/meditation-based wellbeing and resilience training program.
Techniques used
We use a variety of evidence-based, secular techniques that are accessible to a wide range of people. We introduce participants to multiple techniques so they can find what works best for them, all of which are proven to decrease mental busy-ness and increase calm, clarity and balance.
